Flashing a new Enigma2 image onto your Edision OS Mega from a USB stick takes only a few minutes.

Before you begin

  • A USB stick containing the image files.
  • No other USB devices connected to the receiver.

Flashing the receiver

  1. Power off the receiver.
  2. Make sure no other USB devices are connected while flashing.
  3. Insert the USB stick with the image files into one of the receiver's USB ports — the rear port is advised if possible.
  4. Power the receiver on.
  5. You'll be prompted on your TV screen to press and hold the OK button on your remote to start flashing. Flashing then begins, with progress shown on the TV screen.
  6. On success, the receiver reboots itself automatically.
  7. Remove the USB stick.

⚠️ Don't interrupt the flash. While the receiver is flashing, do not power it down — wait for it to finish.
